The Vocational Professionals Admission Scheme (VPAS) is a pilot scheme introduced by the HKSAR Government, which aims to attract non-local students enrolled in eligible VTC full-time HD programmes to stay and work in Hong Kong upon graduation to contribute to the relevant skilled trades.
